We have a large 3/4 double bedroom Victorian house (weekly rent £125 .)in a very quiet residential street,. The property boasts 3 double bedrooms ( dining room can be used as 4th bedroom, seperate downstairs 2nd w/c . Large dining kitchen,great local amenities including ,very good both primary & secondary schools, supermarkets & hight street within 8min walk, park 2 mins walk. Fantastic public transport links both bus & train central london 20mins. We are wanting to locate to Battersea /Clapham common. We would prefer a similar property 3 bed property will accept a large 2.Victorian conversion or We have various people wanting ours in forest hill,Clapham juncttion, Chelsea & Kensington for a 3 way swap. If u have a suitable property in Sw11 & would require these areas . Thank u
