My second floor flat comprises of a huge living room with bay window, separate large kitchen, two large hallway cupboards, 2 large double bedrooms with a walk in cupboard in main bedroom. A large flat in general. 15 minute walk from city centre, schools (multiple choices of nursery, primary and secondary all in close proximity) and university (University of Glasgow, Glasgow Caledonian and Strathclyde University) all within same walking distance.

Canal across road from the building gives access to cycle and walking routes. The completion of the canal regeneration across from the house and the newly constructed bridge allows for access to the new nature reserve. There is a brand new health and dental centre, which is 5 minutes from our building. All of these projects form part of multi million pound regeneration underway in area. Within walking distance from the house there is a Lidl, which is soon to be turned into one of their biggest stores in Scotland, a Tesco superstore is a 30 minute walk (or a 10 minute bus journey). There are also regular transport links, and the Botanic gardens and Kelvingrove park are a 10 minute walk from the house.

We are looking to move preferably to a two bedroom house or top floor tenement in Glasgow West End (Hillhead, Yorkhill, Partick, Hyndland, Finnieston, Thornwood, Kelvingrove, Dowanhill etc.), although will consider house or flat in rural areas such as: Argyll and Bute, Perth, North Berwick, Dunbar, Bo’ness.
